With hands-on experience in the roofing industry since 1990, Nelson developed deep expertise in liquid-applied roofing and waterproofing solutions through years of fieldwork. His practical knowledge and leadership have been instrumental in building and operating the company, where he remains actively involved in daily operations. Beyond the business, Nelson is deeply committed to serving the community and is passionate about giving back.

Lucy Enriquez
VP Administration

Lucy Enriquez is the Chief Financial Officer of Weatherguard Roofing & Waterproofing and a co-founder of the company alongside her husband, the founder and owner. Lucy plays a key role in strengthening the company's foundation by overseeing financial strategy, while also contributing strategic marketing insight to support business growth.

With a hands-on leadership style, Lucy is closely involved in the company's expansion, managing day-to-day administrative functions and guiding marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence, customer engagement, and long-term market positioning. She actively supports both the internal team and customers, ensuring operational excellence across departments.

Yesid Sanchez
VP Business Development

Yesid Sanchez is a highly accomplished executive with over 40 years of experience in business leadership, company structuring, and expansion strategies. He has a proven track record of driving organizations through successful growth and acquisitions across diverse industries, including
technology, telecommunications, and real estate development. His work is defined by strategic vision, operational excellence, and the ability to lead complex
projects with exceptional results.

Danny Estremadoyro
VP & Sr. Project Manager
President 2026 of RCASF

Danny Estremadoyro is an Owner, Vice President, Senior Project Manager, and License Qualifier at Weatherguard Roofing & Waterproofing, a family-owned roofing and waterproofing company serving South Florida. He has been working in the roofing industry since 2005 and grew up in the family business, starting in the field before moving into management, estimating, and ownership. That hands-on path shapes how he approaches every project today.

Danny works closely with other owners and senior leadership to oversee projects from evaluation through completion. Over the years, he has worked on nearly every type of building and roof system, including single-ply, modified bitumen, metal, tile, and shingle roofs. While he is comfortable across all systems, he is especially known for liquid-applied roofing and waterproofing solutions, where attention to detail and real-world performance matter most.

Much of Danny’s work focuses on waterproofing, leak investigations, and extending the service life of existing roof systems. He believes many roofing problems come from roofs being overlooked or under-maintained until small issues turn into major failures. As the license qualifier, he takes responsibility for ensuring every project meets Florida Building Code requirements and is built to perform long after the job is complete.

Outside of day-to-day operations, Danny is actively involved in the roofing industry. He currently serves as President of the Roofing Contractors Association of South Florida, where he supports contractor education, ethical standards, and community involvement. He has previously served as a board member and Second Vice President and continues to participate in charitable efforts, including the association’s fishing tournament committee that raises 

funds for Make-A-Wish.

Alfredo Rivero
VP & Sr. Construction Manager

Alfredo Rivero, born and raised in Cuba, is the Vice President and Senior Construction Manager of Weatherguard Roofing & Waterproofing since 2010. With extensive hands-on experience in roofing and waterproofing, Alfredo oversees all construction operations, providing strategic leadership and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. His responsibilities include managing project planning and execution, controlling budgets and schedules, supervising project managers and field crews, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and collaborating closely with our clients. Alfredo’s technical expertise, strong leadership, and commitment to excellence have been key to the company’s growth and long-standing reputation in the construction industry.

Gabriela Rivero
Office Manager & Marketing

Gabriela Rivero is the Office Manager and Marketing Lead at Weatherguard Roofing & Waterproofing. As the daughter of the company’s founder, she has been growing with and learning about the business her entire life, gaining a deep understanding of its operations, values, and commitment to quality. In her role, Gabriela oversees office administration, customer communication, scheduling, and internal coordination while also leading the company’s marketing efforts, brand presence, and client outreach. She plays a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while strengthening Weatherguard’s visibility and relationships within the community. Gabriela’s dedication, organizational skills, and firsthand knowledge of the company contribute to its continued growth and professionalism.

Yasmany Vazquez
Service Manager

Yasmany Vazquez, born and raised in Cuba, has been a valued member of the Weatherguard Roofing & Waterproofing team since 2015, shortly after coming to the United States. He has grown with the company and become an essential part of its operations. He currently serves as Service Manager, where he oversees service operations, coordinates repair and maintenance projects, and ensures timely, high-quality solutions for clients. Through dedication and hands-on experience, Yasmany has grown with the company and developed a strong understanding of roofing and waterproofing systems. His reliability, leadership, and commitment to customer satisfaction play a key role in maintaining Weatherguard’s standards of excellence and long-term client relationships.
